2.) Once the water boils at 100 degree Celsius, the equipment will continue to cook at a steady temperature and not a degree more. As long as there is water inside the pot, the temperature will be stable to continue boiling and steaming the rice.
3.) As soon as all the water is absorbed by the rice, the temperature inside the pan will start to elevate. The built-in thermometer of the unit senses this temperature change and will immediately turn off or switch to warm mode.
4.) This is how typical rice cookers work and the result is perfect, fluffy rice all the time.
